Artist Statement

Susie graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Scotland in 1995 with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art, launching a career that has since taken her work across the globe.

Her paintings have been exhibited in galleries worldwide and commissioned by both private collectors and leading names such as Starwood Hotels, each piece reflecting a life shaped by exploration and curiosity.

Born in Edinburgh, Susie has lived and travelled extensively through the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the United States. Each place has left its mark — from the golden light of African plains to the energy of bustling cities and the calm rhythm of the sea. Her subjects move between wildlife, cityscapes, and seascapes, united by a deep sense of place and atmosphere.
